I'm back da na na na na na na na na na na

Well, I'm back physically. But it's been a couple weeks (2, almost 3) and I think I might have left my brain in Vegas.
We had fun, but we worked hard. Really hard. And if one more person asks me how my "vacation" was, I will scream.
We ordered a lot of goodies. The store is starting to fill up. It's looking good.
The highlight of my trip was my Coach bag (of course). I got a matching wristlet this year as well. Hey! I worked hard, I deserved it! And I love it. We didn't shop nearly as much this time. But I did get a couple nice things ( I always have to stop into Victorias Secret, Bath & body Works, and of course, J. Crew).
We went to the wax museum this time. Creepy, but really cool. They look so real. Do you think I can convince anyone that Brian and I did play poker with Ben Affleck?
We also saw Mystere. So good. I loved it. It was funny, and just amazing. And I drank like crazy ( Brian and I got through a whole "bucket" of beer).
We stayed at the Mirage this time. It was right across the street from the Expo center. So easy. Only downer, no Starbucks. Oh well, a 10 minute walk to Treasure island fixed that.
The house is looking good. Mom and Dad helped Brian & I clean our basement one Sunday. It looks great. I no longer feel "heavy" when I walk downstairs.
The upstairs bathroom is done. Yay! Finally no more midnight dashes to the basement to go pee. And the bath...........ooooh, the bath. It's deep, and I love it. It's a great escape. I love it more (dare I say) than my scrapbook room. Although once it's fixed up, I know it'll be number one.
All I am asking for Christmas this year is Ikea/Country Home Furnishings/Home Depot gift cards (we NEED to finish our island) and a finished Scrapbook Room. And a wine fridge. But no STUFF. We don't need anymore STUFF. Really....... NO "STUFF".
What else?
I am headed to Dixie Chicks tomorrow night. And Nik's shower. Should be fun.
Maybe I will also do some scrapbooking tomorrow. ( Unlikely).....
